Context

Several growing Shopify stores were struggling with repetitive manual tasks that drained team time and degraded customer experience. Issues included hidden shipping costs causing cart abandonment, outdated product listings hurting SEO, and inefficient handling of custom product orders.

My Role & Responsibilities

  • Audited each client’s pain points across operations, checkout flow, and product management.

  • Designed and implemented back-end automations and user-friendly dashboards.

  • Integrated Shopify APIs with third-party platforms and built server-side scripts for complex workflows.
